R Cruz Corp hired Twin Peaks Incorporated to perform asphalt lab and field inspection services for work performed to service, maintain and restore the asphalt at various Department of Correction Facilities on Rikers Island and throughout the five boroughs of the City of New York. The Department has embarked upon a 3-year process of rehabilitating asphalt surfaces at its facilities and restoring asphalt at various areas in need. TPI will be responsible for related asphalt inspections. Contract term is from June 1, 2018 to May 31, 2021.
