Twin Peaks, Inc. has been working with the School Construction Authority (SCA) since 2019 for schools in the Bronx and Brooklyn, NY. The School Construction Authority’s (SCA) goal is to design and create safe, attractive, and environmentally sound public schools for children throughout the several communities of New York City. They are dedicated to constructing and improving schools in a responsible, cost-effective manner while achieving the highest standards of excellence in security, quality, and integrity.

The following is a list of inspections performed by Twin Peaks for the SCA project: Subgrade Inspections; Soil Compaction; Concrete Field; Firestopping; Welding; Rebar; Bolting; H-VAC R and Service Water Piping Design and Insulation; Air Barrier-Visual Inspections; Excavation-Sheeting, Shoring, And Bracing; Mechanical Demolition; Footing and Foundation; and more.
