Mr. Narciso Marquez has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Manuel L. Quezon University. He has over 22 years of experience in Special Inspections, and is currently one of the Project Managers at Twin Peaks, Inc. Prior to joining Twin Peaks, Inc., Narciso has worked with the School Construction Authority (SCA) for the construction of schools in the Bronx, NY. The work performed by Narciso included concrete testing, welding and bolting inspections, fireproofing and firestopping. Mr. Marquez has worked with the MTA in NY & CT – Station Improvement with various projects throughout NYC. as well as, at the LIRR Station where he performed various projects throughout NYC. His experience entails structural steel inspections, steel coupon tests, steel bolt and weld inspections, fireproofing, and structural masonry inspections.

He has also worked with Con Edison as a Special Inspector performing structural steel inspections, steel coupon tests, steel bolt and weld inspections, etc.
