Mikhail Zeygman has an M.B.A. in Civil Engineering from the Civil Engineering Institute of Russia. Mr. Zeygman has over 36 years of engineering experience working as a Project Manager, Safety Manager, and Laboratory Director. He possesses in depth knowledge of the construction industry from the perspective of general contractors, quality control, and quality assurance. He also serves as the Laboratory Director of TPI, where he manages and supervises all functions of the Construction Material Laboratory. He reviews reports, ensures that all test procedures are properly performed, periodically audits laboratory staff and standard procedures, and ensures that all lab services satisfy the demands of each project.

Prior to joining Twin Peaks, Inc., Mr. Zeygman was involved in various projects throughout New York City. He worked as the Project Engineer at Elmhurst Hospital in Queens, NY., performing and overseeing construction inspection/testing operations during the hospital’s construction. The work included concrete and rebar inspections, fireproofing and firestopping inspections, MEP related inspections, and energy code compliance inspections.

He has also worked with Con Edison, Cornell NYC Tech Campus, and many more. The work included concrete and rebar inspections, fireproofing, overseeing laboratory operations, masonry inspections, welding and bolting inspections, masonry, etc. His extensive experience as a Project Engineer makes him a great addition to the team.
