Ms. Delos Santos has a B.S. in Chemistry and has over 17 years of construction inspections, and material testing laboratory management experience. Her areas of expertise include concrete field and lab testing, masonry sample lab testing, asphalt sampling and testing, soil and aggregate laboratory testing, spray applied fire resistive material testing and others. She also manages and supervises laboratory personnel and daily laboratory testing operations. She maintains and organizes laboratory test reports, equipment records, test procedures, equipment manuals and laboratory inventory list, calibration, and and all other necessary AASHTO Compliance requirements. She also provides training to lab technicians and conducts their evaluations.
