Twin Peaks, Inc. is hiring Soil Field Inspectors to join our dynamic team in NYC.

Job Description:

The following will be some of the tasks, but will not be limited to:
• Performing soil compaction field inspections at construction sites, per requirements of different government agencies
• Preparing soil inspection reports
• Coordination with drawings and field conditions during on-site inspections
• Other miscellaneous tasks requested by your supervisor

Qualifications:

• NICET, NETTCP, ICC, or ACI Certifications or the ability to obtain one within two months; any other construction inspection-related certificate is a plus
• 30 hr. OSHA Construction Safety training certificate
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• General knowledge of NYC and NYS construction codes
• Should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Adobe)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interpret engineering/architectural plans and specifications
• Must be a team player
• Detail-oriented and ability to work independently with moderate supervision and guidance
