Mr. Viken Najarian has a BS in Business Management and has over 20 years of extensive experience in the banking and financial sector. Mr. Najarian is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Twin Peaks, Inc. where he is responsible for overseeing the company’s policies and systems. He leads the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, coordinates the training of staff members and technicians, updates and manages existing employee handbooks, assists in administering health and insurance benefits, maintains the electronic recordkeeping system, and ensures smooth communication of internal business changes through email notifications and posts on internal company portals. Mr. Viken Najarian also provides senior staff with strategic direction, tracks cash flow, manages the accounting and finance groups, and ensures the company’s financial reports are ready and accurate.
