Twin Peaks, Inc. is a multidisciplinary special inspections firm providing construction inspection services in the tri-state area. We have provided construction support/ special inspections and laboratory services for two and a half decades. All of our special inspection operations are performed in conformance with the Building Code of New York City (BCNYC), Chapter 17, and NYC administrative code requirements.
NYC DOB has licensed TPI as a Class 1 Special Inspection Agency (License No.000317). TPI’s inspection operations are accredited by the Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA), an independent accreditation body. We operate under the requirements outlined in International Standard Organization ISO/IEC17020:2012 (Conformity assessment – Requirements for the operation of various types of bodies performing inspections) and ASTM E-329 (Standard Specifications for Agencies Engaged in Construction Inspections and/or Testing). TPI’s laboratory is licensed by the NYC DOB (License No. 000050) and accredited by the AASHTO Accreditation Program. TPI has performed construction/special inspection services for some of the city’s most prominent developers and public agencies since 1992.
